The Informetica Division of Sencia Canada Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for qualified individuals seeking employment as an E-Learning Consultant.

Description:
Sencia's e-Learning Consultant will collaborate with clients and team members to help design, create and test digital learning assets in technology assisted course delivery. The successful candidate will participate in research and test advances in innovative adult education.
Responsibilities include: designing and developing e-learning digital assets; collaborating with teammates on the development of concepts, storyboards, and ideas for presentation (internal and customer teams); creating and utilizing established development approaches and methodologies for content creation; investigating and resolving technology problems that relate to elearning; providing curriculum innovation updates as necessary, conducting training events, workshops, presentations, and project work as needed; assume additional responsibilities as required.
A working knowledge of the MS Windows platform is required. A degree together with 2 years of technology related experience in a training environment using adult education principles and methodologies will be a definite asset. Applicants with experience creating applications using some or all of the following tools will be highly considered: Adobe Creative Suite (Flash, ActionScript 2.0 using OOP practices), HTML, XHTML, JavaScript and CSS. Equivalent work experience and technical certifications may be substituted.
Strong relationship management, communication, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary. The successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute and document technology solutions.
