🌟 About the Role

As a Creative Designer at Sencia, you will play a central role in crafting visually engaging content across web, print, and social media platforms—with an increased focus on SEO and social media marketing. Your design work will enhance user experience, improve visibility in search engines, and support our clients' online presence.

From website mockups and marketing campaigns to printed materials and content layouts, your creativity will help drive engagement and deliver measurable results.

 


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual mockups for websites, custom features, and other digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create a wide range of print materials including posters, banners, labels, brochures, and more.
  • Develop and schedule engaging, visually consistent social media campaigns for various clients across multiple platforms.
  • Execute SEO tasks, including optimizing on-page content, analyzing performance metrics, and generating actionable reports.
  • Upload and style website content within our in-house content management system (CMS), applying modern layout and accessibility principles.
  • Support day-to-day design needs across various departments.
  • Perform image editing, graphic manipulation, photo sourcing, and layout adjustments.
  • Other design-related duties as required.


✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working with Facebook Business Manager and interpreting social ad performance data.
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO best practices and tools.
  • Ability to analyze SEO and social media performance data and provide strategic design or content recommendations.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards for web design.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML editing.
  • Solid understanding of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design, site architecture, and navigation best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

🔧 Beneficial Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, LESS, Javascript, jQuery.
  • Experience with PHP and ASP programming languages.
